Payment Policy

Plans and Pricing
- Starter Plan: INR 25,000 + Applicable GST (18%)
- Growth Plan: INR 99,000 + Applicable GST (18%)
These are one-time setup and infrastructure fees, payable upfront before any service commencement or foundational registration begins.
The Success Fee (2.5% FOB)
A performance-based success fee of 2.5% is charged on the total Free On Board (FOB) invoice value of any export order successfully facilitated through our platform and buyer network.
Trigger: The fee becomes legally payable upon the successful loading of the goods at the Indian port (issuance of the Let Export Order/Shipping Bill).
Invoicing: An invoice for the success fee will be generated and must be cleared within 7 business days.
Accepted Payment Methods
We process all transactions securely in INR. We accept direct Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments, and all major Credit/Debit cards via our secured and encrypted payment gateway.
GST Billing
A valid, compliant GST invoice will be automatically issued to your registered business email address within 24 hours of successful payment realization.
Refund Policy
Due to the highly customized, intellectual, and professional nature of our trade services and data sets, our refund terms are strictly defined:
- Pre-delivery: A partial refund (minus standard administrative fees) may be granted if cancellation occurs before any compliance registrations or blueprints are initiated.
- Post-delivery: No refunds are possible once foundational documents (IEC, Blueprints, proprietary Buyer Intelligence Data sets) have been delivered to you or submitted to government portals.
Late Payments
Failure to clear the 2.5% success fee invoice within the designated 7-day credit period will result in an 18% p.a. interest charge applied to the outstanding amount. Additionally, it will result in the immediate suspension of all further buyer intelligence and platform services.
