By accessing our platform and utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or navigate our digital properties.
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the enterprise trade initiative. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
Description of Services
We operate a Trade as a Service (TaaS) platform providing export-import consulting, compliance registrations, digital trust tools, and verified buyer intelligence to facilitate international trade.
User Eligibility
Our services are available exclusively to legally registered businesses, MSMEs, and individuals in India who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, proprietary tools, calculators, buyer databases, and custom-generated export blueprints are the exclusive intellectual property of our enterprise trade initiative. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or scraping of this data is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Fees
Users agree to the transparent pricing of our selected service plans:
- Starter Plan: INR 25,000 + applicable GST.
- Growth Plan: INR 99,000 + applicable GST.
The Success Fee: Users also agree to the mandatory 2.5% success fee applied to the FOB (Free On Board) value of any international trade successfully facilitated through our buyer intelligence network.
Limitation of Liability
Our platform acts strictly as an advisory and facilitation co-pilot. The ultimate legal and financial responsibility for the quality of goods, fulfillment of buyer contracts, and strict adherence to destination customs laws lies entirely with the exporter (the client). We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or predict exact buyer behavior.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed exclusively by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi. Arbitration will be the preferred initial method of dispute resolution.
