Workflow

The 6-Step Buying Process

From initiating your request to secure delivery and payment.

1

Initiate Negotiation

Log in using your secure credentials. Navigate to your dashboard and click Add Negotiation. Select the specific commodity category you wish to source to view available domestic and overseas suppliers.

2

Define Trade Terms

Set your core parameters: delivery address, preferred inspection agency, payment mode (e.g., LC or POD), and currency. Specify partial shipments, set total quantity, and define the negotiation window.

3

Add Product Specs

Click Add Product for Negotiation to detail your requirements. Select the exact grade, form, quantity, unit, and packing size. You can even upload specific packing images and add custom notes.

4

Select Suppliers

Once your product details are listed, you will see a curated list of verified suppliers capable of fulfilling your order. Handpick the suppliers you want to invite to your live negotiation session and submit.

5

Allot the Order

After the live negotiation concludes and you have the best quotes, specify the quantities to allot. You can award the entire order to one winning seller, or split it across multiple sellers to diversify.

6

Execution & Payment

Generate and upload the PO. The seller uploads inspection and delivery documents. Once goods are verified and delivered, accept the documents to mark the order complete and release the secure payment.
