I, on behalf of our Company understand that:

  • The Global Karobaar is an Enquiry to Delivery Trading Platform developed to facilitate bulk global and domestic trade in commodities and industrial products.
  • The Global Karobaar shall enlist our company on its Platform and display the information provided by us to prospective buyers.
  • Our company may have to facilitate Physical and Business Verification through an Agency appointed by The Global Karobaar.
  • Our Company shall be intimated by The Global Karobaar through My Dashboard on the portal, on our Registered Email Address, or Mobile Phone as and when a serious buyer requests for a quotation.
  • Our company shall have to provide a Performance Guarantee, if demanded by The Global Karobaar, by either depositing it in the ESCROW account or blocking the equivalent amount via Payment Gateway in order to quote rates to the buyer.
  • The Global Karobaar merely provides a platform to connect the buyers with our company and is in no way responsible for the acts and omissions of the buyers working on the platform.
  • During the Negotiation window, the first rate entered by our company shall become the ceiling rate for us and we shall be allowed to change our rates during the live window.
  • In case the buyer does not choose to place an order on our company, the Performance Guarantee, if deposited, shall be refunded within 3 banking days.
  • In case the buyer chooses to place an order to our company, we understand and agree that:
    • We shall need to honor the order and supply the material to the buyer as per the specifications sought by the buyer before the last date of dispatch.
    • We shall be required to facilitate the inspection of goods before delivery by the inspection agency appointed by the buyer.
    • The dispatch quantity shall always be less than or equal to ordered quantity. Permissible variation is 3%.
    • Payment Methods: If ESCROW, payment is released within 3 days of receipt confirmation by buyer. If LC, free to approach bank with BoL. If 30% Advance, balance upon document handover.
  • In case of any dispute post-delivery, The Global Karobaar shall appoint an independent third party inspection agency to adjudicate. The decision shall be final.
  • Our Company shall have to pay commission to The Global Karobaar upon the successful completion of the transaction as notified in the trade policy.

Declarations

  • I am authorized by the company to take the membership of The Global Karobaar for trading & promotion of our company.
  • The documents submitted as KYC are correct, valid & up to date and details provided are true.
  • I & my company has the competency, experience, statutory registrations, government clearances and know-how to execute the orders both in the domestic and international markets.
  • I agree, accept and am bound by The Global Karobaar Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Policies and Rules, and all agreements updated from time to time.
